with your cheque payable to the Valley East Skating Club to:

For all programs, a minimum of half the total
fee MUST be paid upon registration and the balance may be paid via post dated
cheques (dated no later than December 1, 2011).
IMPORTANT: FOR EVERY NSF CHEQUE RECEIVED, THE
ISSUER WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $50.00 AND THE SKATER(S) WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON
THE ICE UNTIL VALID PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
